Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for stock items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unworn, unaltered, and resalable condition with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee of $100 USD will be charged to cover round-trip shipping and professional recleaning costs.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@qshairwig.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All custom-made wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus the $100 USD restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
